• Coordinator: Translates requirements, communicates with NBO Tech, manages trims and components, develops AR, reports progress
• Pattern Making: Team Leader and pattern Makers, responsible for fit and meeting size spec.
• Sample Making: Team Leaders, cutter, sewers, hand workers, presser using production methods and machinery.
• QA Inspectors: Measurements, sewn quality and presentation, reports to team.
• Grading and Markers: Graded specs are met, minimizes material cost, markers for production deadlines
• Costing: Liaises with QA, Merchandising and Production Teams.
